Victor's Carnitas
We use a two step process, first we slow roast your perfectly season pork for it to achieve fork tenderness, then we flash fry it to give you tat crispy outer shell that make carnitas, Well, Carnitas. Presented sizzling on a bed of our Chipotle Onions this plate is served with your choice of tortillas, guacamole, Pico-de-Gallo, Spanish rice & beans.

Arroz con Pollo
Diced tender chicken breast and sauteed zucchini, mushroom, yellow squash & onion piled on a mound of Spanish rice. Served with your choice of corn or flour tortillas and a side of Pico-de-Gallo and fresh avocado slices.

Julio's Pollo
